Student leadership is one thing; student ownership is something different. This seminar will discuss some practical ways to move from merely having students involved, to having students owning a ministry. We'll talk about what structural, philosophical, and practical systems need to be in place to move students to a high level of ownership. This seminar will be a great place to do some thinking and dreaming of what could and should be.
